Join Neuraxpharm as a Medical Devices Operations & Sales Support Specialist based in Langenfeld (Hybrid Role). Your mission is to provide expert technical and operational support for digital medical devices, ensuring effective integration into healthcare environments, enabling success of national sales and marketing initiatives, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized technical support for digital health solutions and connected medical devices across the commercial organization.
- Support contract negotiations, service‑level agreements, and implementation of patient management systems.
- Provide operational support in public tenders and procurement processes related to digital medical technologies.
- Ensure operational excellence in deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of digital tools.
- Act as a key interface between local teams and corporate digital/medical device departments, facilitating alignment and knowledge transfer.
- Provide field support and troubleshooting for healthcare professionals using connected medical devices, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of digital tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization.
- Ensure consistent technical documentation and process alignment across regions.
- Support training initiatives and onboarding processes for sales teams and healthcare professionals regarding digital product usage.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to digital health and medical devices.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects involving digital innovation and customer engagement strategies.
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides to enhance customer experience and reduce support requests.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital medical solutions or connected health technologies
- 2+ years working in Pharma industry
Specific Knowledge
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and data privacy requirements.
- Proven ability to support commercial teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in developing and conducting technical training sessions.
- Expertise with local regulations.
- Commercial & training skills.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams.
- Hands‑on attitude.
- Fluency in English and German.
