We are looking for a Territory Business Manager to strengthen our sales team from April 2026 . This role is ideal for someone with experience or a strong interest in wound care who is motivated to grow business, build relationships, and make a real impact in the healthcare space.

Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager , you will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of wound care products across an assigned territory. Your key stakeholders will include wound care professionals , medical supply retailers , and home care services .

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and manage the sales performance of the product portfolio within your territory
  • Take full ownership of your region by identifying new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Develop and execute a relevant sales strategy in collaboration with your line manager
  • Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and internal standards
  • Deliver end-to-end sales activities, including product launches, presentations, and customer training
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs
  • Ensure accurate and compliant use of CRM systems
  • Work closely with Marketing and Medical teams to achieve shared objectives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Paramedical, nursing, or equivalent qualification through relevant experience
  • Initial experience in a similar commercial role within a medical or pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High customer focus with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confident working with data, CRM systems, and standard business tools
  • Native-level German with a good working knowledge of English
  • Valid driving licence
  • Proactive problem solver, able to work with management to overcome challenges and drive revenue growth
