This role is client dedicated and offers a unique growth opportunity as you have the exciting opportunity to lead as a Country Medical Lead, driving medical strategy and engagement in a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with national, regional, and local customers through scientific discussions, presentations, and education.
• Provide medical information and responses to complex medical questions from clinicians.
• Offer internal scientific support and training, serving as an expert resource for colleagues.
• Coordinate scientific education activities and participate in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses.
• Support investigators and interact with scientific societies and patient groups.
• Collect and report relevant information to the company, such as competitor information and treatment patterns.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of the Country Medical Plan.
• Identify and develop KOLs, providing educational and scientific support as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Department and Country Managers.

Qualifications

• 2 years Pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL in Germany.
• Experience in one or more of the following therapy areas: Haematology, Nephrology, Rare Diseases, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology; biosimilars experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent in German and confident in English.
• Full driving license, with willingness to travel throughout the territory, which includes Bavaria (South East Germany) up to Berlin.
