Job Purpose

The Creative Strategist sharpens the quality and strategic nature of our creative responses, acting as the buffer between a client brief and a creative idea. You champion strategic thinking that sets our creative teams up for success on big briefs and collaborate closely with wider strategy teams, account managers, creatives, media specialists and our Director of Strategy to create brilliant work that performs.

Please note that this is a pipeline role. We do not have an immediate opening but are gathering qualified candidates for anticipated future needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client and creative teams across the business to develop strategies and ideas that answer our clients’ briefs and exceed expectations.
• Bring the audience into the agency and let their voice guide thinking.
• Understand culture and harness it to shape the work.
• Guide creative thinking across campaign types including ATL, Digital, and Social.
• Write and communicate compelling creative briefs to help our teams deliver ideas that overcome business challenges.
• Work in partnership with creative teams, removing barriers to creativity and guiding them toward powerful, effective work.
• Prove the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Engage top‑tier clients when presenting, with strategies rooted in robust insights.
• Consult on key strategic projects with senior clients.
• Participate in new business pitches when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a content marketing role, preferably at a digital agency.
• Advanced understanding of digital marketing, including new and growing social platforms.
• Understanding of the creative process.
• Solid experience collaborating with creatives and guiding their output.
• Strong background in social media marketing.
• Skilled at generating insights that drive action.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex subjects.
• Ability to work with senior clients on key strategy projects.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and organized.
• Fluent in German and English.
