Take ownership of high-stakes, merchant-funded incentive campaigns at the heart of EPI’s growth strategy, working directly with banks, merchants and internal teams across Europe.
As Merchant Coop Campaign Manager, you will operate in a high-responsibility delivery role, where rigor, coordination and execution excellence are critical. Your work will directly impact merchant adoption, campaign performance and the credibility of EPI as a trusted payment partner.
At EPI, we embrace a remote-first culture, enabling our teams to work remotely from the country they are based in, with in-person meetings at least once a quarter to foster collaboration and connection.
As Merchant Coop Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of merchant co-funded incentive campaigns , ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and workstreams, from initial scoping to execution and reporting.
Lead and coordinate the full delivery of merchant co-op incentive campaigns, ensuring all workstreams, approvals and dependencies are aligned.
Own timelines, milestones and execution from campaign definition to launch and closure.
Ensure smooth orchestration of all contributors to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
Manage relationships with banks, merchants, PSPs and internal teams.
Resolve competing interests and align stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives.
Act as a central coordination point between business, marketing, legal, technical and operational teams.
Define campaign scope, terms and contractual setup by collaborating with merchants and internal stakeholders.
Drive campaign clarification up to the contractual setup, working closely with the Legal team to ensure compliant and clear agreements.
Track and resolve open questions and decision points to fully clarify the campaign framework (e.g. organiser, contracting approach).
Oversee the setup and execution of incentive mechanisms and associated communication materials.
Ensure technical, legal and operational readiness on both the EPI and merchant sides prior to launch.
Develop communication guidelines and assets, as well as paid media campaigns, in collaboration with creative and media agencies.
Drive risk management, governance and reporting: identify and mitigate risks related to merchant readiness, contracts, technical feasibility and budgets; ensure clear governance, aligned decision-making and smooth issue resolution; provide structured communication and regular reporting to all stakeholders; maintain transparency and alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.

You will be part of the B2C Marketing Team , working closely with internal teams, creative and media agencies, as well as external merchant and bank partners across Europe. The environment is remote-first, international and highly cross-functional, with regular touchpoints and in-person meetings to support alignment on key milestones. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager .
5–10 years of experience in B2C marketing communication, partner marketing or co-marketing.
Experience in finance, banking, payments and/or e-commerce is a strong plus.
Strong campaign and project management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders in complex environments.
Hands-on, structured approach with strong ownership of timelines and delivery.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
High level of autonomy and accountability.
Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced and evolving environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
Fluent German (native or fluent) and English (fluent) are mandatory.
