Organization: MercorPosition: Investment Services ExpertReferral Partner: Crossing HurdlesType: Hourly ContractCompensation: $80–$120/hourLocation: RemoteDuration: 1–2 monthsCommitment: Part-time, ~10-40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided):Evaluate investment-related outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as valuation modelling, portfolio analysis, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and scenario planning. Requirements:Strong experience in investment services, ideally in investment banking, private equity, asset management, equity research, or related buy-side/sell-side roles within established organizations.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/analytical field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CAIA) are a plus.Strong proficiency in investment analysis and financial modelling techniques, including valuation, market analysis, portfolio construction, and risk-return assessment.Solid understanding of investment processes, business performance metrics, and strategic decision-making frameworks.Excellent analytical, critical thinking, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
