Job Description:

Develop and implement Microsoft 365 compliance strategies to meet GDPR and industry regulations. Use Microsoft Compliance Manager, eDiscovery tools, and data loss prevention policies to protect enterprise data.

You will work closely with legal, IT, and security teams to align technical controls with regulatory requirements and perform governance audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and monitor Microsoft 365 compliance features including Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery.

• Develop data classification and retention policies aligned with GDPR.

• Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits with remediation recommendations.

• Train stakeholders on compliance tools and governance best practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance within operational processes.

• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance and governance tools.

• Experience implementing GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent regulatory frameworks.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., Certified Information Privacy Professional) are desirable.

• Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
