Overview

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant focused on Copilot and Collaboration, you will shape the future of collaboration for our customers by combining technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot and the Power Platform with the ability to guide teams through the deployment and successful use of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions to efficiently support teams.
• Plan and realize low‑code / no‑code solutions on the Power Platform, including Copilot Studio.
• Introduce and optimize collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot.
• Integrate and expand AI technologies in the Microsoft Power Platform, e.g., via Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services or AI Builder.
• Co‑create new services, develop proposals and advise customers on the optimal use of modern collaboration technologies.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge in using M365 Copilot (Studio), AI Builder, Power Automate and Azure OpenAI.
• Funded experience in Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Power Platform and the introduction of these solutions.
• Strong technical understanding for automation, AI‑supported processes and integration of Microsoft services.
• Knowledge of security and data protection in the handling of AI and Microsoft 365.
• Teamwork, knowledge sharing and clear communication in German and English.
