What You Will Do

As our in‑house Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer, you will take over configuration and enhancement of our on‑premise Dynamics 365 system, which is both the backend for our self‑serve sales motion and used to process sales‑led orders. You will drive transforming unstructured data into structured entities, including data cleanup, processing and reporting to enable business decisions. You will work with and support Account Administrators, collaborate to understand business needs of salespeople and interface with our operations and data teams to ensure smooth operation and timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer & enhance Dynamics 365 (entities, roles, security, workflows, data integrity).
• Structure Dynamics 365 data to support accurate reporting, AI‑driven automation & pilots.
• Translate business processes into Dynamics 365 solutions & enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system edge cases & technical issues (backstage support).
• Collaborate with internal tech teams for scalable system implementations.
• Understand business edge cases, develop solutions and implement them with Dynamics 365 entities.
• Support Account Administrators when using Dynamics 365.

You will be great for this position if you have

• 3–5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM administration and configuration.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or a combination with Business.
• Skilled in using tools and scripts for automation, Dynamics CRM configuration, and data modeling.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, analytical, problem‑solving, and collaborative.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
