Deine Mission

• Responsible for digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform. This includes preparation, planning, steering and execution of national and international projects.
• When tendering, you take overall responsibility for developing customer‑specific solutions, creating offer documents and presentations.
• You provide strategic consulting for cloud technology implementation, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, based on customer‑specific requirements.
• You design demanding cloud solutions and architectures with regard to reliability, security, performance and cost, taking into account current capabilities of the D365 & Power Platform.
• You identify customer needs, develop suitable strategies and services for market exploration and steer long‑term sales activities based on market and industry analysis.
• You measure success by order intake and customer satisfaction and adjust strategies accordingly.
• You drive the further development of our service portfolio from concept to sales matters and ensure the fit delivery model, taking full responsibility.

Dein Skillset

• Extensive experience as Project Lead and/or Solution Architect implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Extensive experience as a consultant throughout the full project life cycle: requirements gathering, solution definition, implementation including system customisation, testing, acceptance and cut‑over.
• Experience in selling the solutions (creating offers, marketing activities and presenting customer offers).
• Quality‑focused, autonomous and goal‑oriented work style with a high level of initiative and commitment.
• Excellent German and English communication skills, with a willingness to travel to customer projects.
