Job Description

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments both on-premises and Exchange Online. Manage mail flow, security settings, disaster recovery plans, and user support to ensure seamless and secure communication services. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to uphold data privacy and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Exchange Server environments, including patching, upgrades, and migrations.
• Manage mail flow, transport rules, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot service interruptions and connectivity issues.
• Plan and implement hybrid Exchange and Office 365 migration strategies.
• Handle backup, disaster recovery, and high availability configurations.
• Monitor system health and performance using native and third-party tools.
• Develop documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with compliance teams on retention and eDiscovery policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Exchange transport architecture, security, and compliance features.
• Experience in hybrid deployments and migration projects.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for Exchange automation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
