Location - Germany

70% Remote, 30% Onsite travel within Germany

Due to work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from Germany.

Must Have Skills

Experience with Enterprise customers
5+ years of project experience
Designing and implementing Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange Environments
Experience in Entra ID and Entra Connect
Good understanding of M365 fundamentals
Deep understanding in Exchange server and hybrid architecture 2016/2019
Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server and hybrid Exchange environments
Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server
Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations
Experience with Exchange Migrations, Upgrades, and Optimizations
Deep understanding in Active Directory architecture

Details

Conception and implementation of a self‑service portal (ASP.NET / C#).
Preparation for connecting the Self‑Service Portal to Power Automate.
Ensuring the current patch level of the on‑premises Exchange servers.
Support in the conception and implementation of migration from Exchange OnPrem to Exchange Online.
Support the administration of SharePoint, Teams.
Troubleshooting Azure, SharePoint, and Exchange (3rd Level).
