Microsoft MECM / SCCM Engineer (m/w/d) – Software Deployment & Automation

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize the MECM infrastructure in complex IT landscapes.
• Package, distribute, and manage the lifecycle of software in large enterprise environments.
• Automate operating system deployment for Windows clients and servers.
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents, including root cause analysis.
• Automate installation and configuration processes with PowerShell, Ansible, or PowerShell DSC.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate MECM processes into CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operating concepts, and manuals.
• Communicate with international teams – secure English at C1 level required.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) – infrastructure setup, software packaging, OS deployment.
• Good technical foundation in DevOps methodologies and processes.
• Automation with PowerShell, PowerShell DSC, Ansible.
• GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Secure English at C1 level.
