You will first discuss improvements and new features in the solution with product management. Even during the user story phase, product managers and developers exchange ideas on the best direction for our HR solution.
You will then design the architecture of future features for global use (multi-currency, multi-language, multi-formats, time zone compatible).
You can follow your passion by expanding and continuously optimizing the codebase of our HR software – always aligned with the requirements of the Microsoft Power Platform.
You will take responsibility for the .NET, C# source code of our product and ensure the highest quality standards.
Next comes refactoring of existing code components to meet the needs of our growing international customer base.
You will use the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies and regularly coordinate with the Microsoft development team in Redmond, WA.
You will frequently design integrations with third-party systems using Azure Web Services and Power Automate.
You will conduct code reviews using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps/Team Foundation Server.
That completes the picture.
You have many years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform developer.
With your extensive background in designing and architecting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, you develop forward-looking features for global use – from multi-currency and multi-language to multi-formats and time zone compatibility.
You also bring deep experience in continuously refactoring existing code components to meet the needs of a growing international customer base.
You not only understand clean code and test-driven development (TDD) – you apply them every day. You know from experience how to use build tools effectively in software development.
You enjoy performance optimization and troubleshooting, and modern frontend frameworks are of interest to you.
Your English is strong in both written and spoken form, allowing you to communicate effortlessly in our intercultural team. During lunch breaks and company events, it’s great if you can say more than just “Mahlzeit.” Being able to tell jokes in German is a definite plus.

All meetings with the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond are scheduled for 1 p.m. their time – which means 9 p.m. in your time zone.
Balancing development, training, technical expertise and organization can be demanding.
Jet lag from flights to the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond can be exhausting.
