Role Overview:
We are seeking a mid-level Fund Lawyer to join the firm's Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and clients on the structuring, formation, and ongoing management of investment funds, including UCITS, AIFs, and private equity vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in Luxembourg fund law within a dynamic international team.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate fund formation documents, offering documents, partnership agreements, and related contracts.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, fund structures, and corporate governance matters under Luxembourg and EU law.
• Assist in the preparation of fund policies, disclosure documents, and compliance manuals.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, service providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate fund approvals and ongoing operations.
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and cross-border fund operations.
• Conduct legal research on fund regulations, market developments, and regulatory updates.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of experience in fund law, ideally gained in a top-tier international or Luxembourg-based law firm.
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations (AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF) and fund structuring.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and French; German or other languages are a plus.
• Client-focused, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
