Senior Cutover & Migration Consultant As a Senior Cutover & Migration Consultant, I lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex cutover and data migration initiatives in full-remote delivery models. I collaborate directly with client stakeholders, independently clarifying requirements, risks, and open design topics to ensure smooth and controlled go-lives.I bring strong English communication and consulting skills, with hands-on experience designing rollback and fallback concepts, risk-mitigation strategies, and detailed cutover plans. My background includes interpreting data-flow diagrams and architectural documentation (e.g., UML), contributing within software development environments, and working with tools such as JIRA, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Apwide Golive or LeanIX is a plus. My responsibilities typically include:Supporting the creation of cutover strategy and detailed cutover plansEnsuring all cutover prerequisites are met ahead of executionSteering and monitoring the Cutover Execution PhasePreparing rollback plans, risk logs, and mock cycle coordinationDelivering seamless handover into HypercareSupporting country-by-country rollouts (initially one country in scope; further expansion planned) I adapt availability to project needs, including occasional evenings and weekends during migration cycles (e.g., multiday/3-weekend migration support for previous Germany Go-Live). With a strong analytical mindset, experience in SAFe/Scrum, and understanding of E2E sales processes—particularly in automotive—I help ensure predictable, low-risk delivery of cutover and migration outcomes.
