THE MISSION

You work in a structured way, have an eye for detail, and would like to gain practical insights into the world of finance and accounting?

Then support our Finance team in their daily work and help us keep our accounting processes organized and accurate.

We are an international tech company in the field of industrial 3D printing post-processing, developing technologies used by leading industries worldwide. To support our Finance team in Planegg, we are looking for you. Ideally, you are available to work 6–10 hours per week spread across several days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IN DETAIL

Upload incoming invoices to our approval tool and support the approval process
Enter invoices according to predefined accounting rules and prepare them for booking
Collect monthly credit card statements, match receipts, and ensure proper documentation
Manage digital filing and maintenance of accounting documents
Support the Finance team with preparatory accounting tasks in daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

Initial experience in a commercial or administrative role is a plus, but not required
Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
Confident handling of MS Office
Good German skills and basic English skills
Interest in finance and accounting topics
