Location: Hannover, Lower Saxony, Germany

Responsibilities

• Support our Fachmärkte in the logistical handling of e‑Commerce orders.
• Monitor and control data transfers between the Order‑Management System and logistics partners and assist in operational clarifications.
• Control billing processes between logistics partners, Fachmärkte, and the expert headquarters; monthly evaluation of costs and revenues with the derivation of suitable measures.
• Monitor loss and damage processes and transparently present cost and quota developments.
• Ensure a balanced focus on end‑customer satisfaction and economic efficiency of the retailers.

Profile / Qualifications

• Solid basic business skills combined with a passion for e‑Commerce; we welcome career starters.
• Initial experience in Carrier Management, preferably in e‑Commerce.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (e.g., Plenty Markets or eFulfillment) desirable.
• Result‑oriented and target‑focused working style.
• Quick grasping ability and flexible thinking.
• Careful and trustworthy handling of data.
• Proficient in office software.
• Excellent organisational talent and self‑sufficiency.
