We are looking for an experienced full‑time employee for our Construction Operations Management department (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of contract and claim management.
• Digitisation and optimisation of construction processes, measurement data and documentation.
• Preparation of supplements in close coordination with the project management.
• Creation and ongoing monitoring of the costing‑based construction schedules.
• Accompanying cost calculations as well as analysing and improving profitability.

What you bring with you:

• Degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification with specialisation in construction operations.
• Sound knowledge of construction law, contract and claim management as well as construction scheduling and supplementary costing (e.g. with MS Project).
• Practical experience in construction planning, control and monitoring as well as in interface and communication management.
• Strong organisational skills, cost awareness and a structured, independent way of working.
• Willingness to travel regularly and confidence in using construction‑specific software and digital tools.
