The new operation will support content management, playout and distribution on a national and international level.

As a Support professional, you are the central contact for technical and customer service, monitor the transmission operations of over 50 channels, and manage support, special broadcasts and live transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate the transmission automation and server systems
• Ensure transmission quality and report disruptions, including creating tickets
• Provide first- and second-level support to maintain transmission operations
• Control and monitor DVB transmission equipment and related technology
• Communicate with customers regarding inquiries or faults
• Maintain and document technical data and customer concerns

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent PC skills in MS Word and Excel
• Stress resistance, reliability, punctuality, diligence, multitasking, and technical affinity
• Willingness to work regular shift schedules
• Required language skills: English – B2
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks in an international environment with flat hierarchies
