About the Position

Our Asklepios Klinik Weißenfels is a specialty hospital in southern Saxony‑Anhalt. The role involves supporting our international nursing staff in their accommodation and daily living needs.

Responsibilities

• Structured support for nursing staff with international backgrounds.
• Oversee the maintenance of rented apartments, including regular inspections and assessment of defects.
• Conduct apartment handovers and take‑overs with a keen eye for detail.
• Execute small repair and maintenance tasks independently.
• Receive and forward service requests as the first point of contact.
• Communicate with the housing cooperative in a reliable and solution‑oriented manner.
• Provide transport services.
• Collaborate closely with integration management to optimally integrate our international professionals.

Qualifications

• Completed nursing education (e.g., KPH, APH, MFA or comparable).
• Technical understanding and hand‑crafting skills.
• Independent, structured work style and organisational talent.
• Preferably first experience with international professionals.
• Enjoy teamwork and willing to actively shape new processes.
• Class B driving licence.
