Currently we are looking for a Sales Support at our Stuttgart location for the role: Mitarbeiter Offer Management (m/w/d).

The position offers a comprehensive onboarding and attractive employee benefits, with the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Creation of offers in collaboration with Sales, Key Account Management and Project Management
• Timely processing of offers with a consistent appearance
• Review and release of project documents for further internal processing
• Maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system Navision
• Upload and download of tender documents in the customer portal and administration of accounts
• Cross-location contribution and optimization of operational processes
• Close collaboration with adjacent specialist departments

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, ideally in events and trade fair sector or as a career switch from internal sales in a related industry
• Goal-oriented and independent work style
• Meticulous and detail-oriented task processing
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent German and good English communication skills
