Job Overview

Position: Mitarbeiter Posteingangsbearbeitung (gn) at SPS

Location: Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany – start as soon as possible. 30‑hour work week; job sharing available.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming mail and packages, sort and assign to appropriate teams.
• Organize outgoing shipments, frank, pack and hand over to delivery services.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and ensure sufficient supply.
• Document shipments thoroughly; support questions on mail and shipping processes.
• Assist internal logistics tasks, e.g., receiving goods deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial role or in mail handling desirable.
• PC skills, good German, strong customer orientation.
• Polite manners, flexibility, rapid comprehension.
• Communicative team player; remain calm in stressful situations.
