Join IKEA’s sales team where you will focus on sustainable product management in our dynamic retail environment. This part‑time position is flexible and can be tailored to the following weekly hour options: 20, 28, or 32 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and repair products with minor defects to enable resale.
• Carry out re‑packaging, assembly, and environmentally sound disposal of finished items.
• Support colleagues across the store, helping to identify and resolve quality issues in the showroom, sales departments, and storage areas.
• Serve as a quality ambassador, continually improving the customer experience with flawless products.
• Maintain efficient processes, especially during busy sales periods.

Qualifications

• Passion for IKEA’s product range and enjoyment of working in a forward‑thinking retail setting.
• Handicraft skills and a sales talent that can be cultivated or already be proven.
• Experience in retail and ideally in furniture refurbishment.
• Ability to inspire teammates and communicate effectively across all store interfaces.
• Strong attention to detail, staying organized even in hectic times.
• Environmental consciousness and willingness to continuously improve processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
