• Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Als Mitarbeiter*in im Customer Service übernehmen Sie die kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung von der Auftragspflege über die Prüfung und Verarbeitung der Sachverständigenleistungen bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung.
• Sie sind hierbei verantwortlich für das kontinuierliche Controlling und die Pflege der Ihnen zugewiesenen Aufträge sowie Projekte (Fakturapotenzial und Werthaltigkeit).
• Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Zahlungsanforderungen, unterstützen das Forderungsmanagement bedarfsweise bei der Klärung und dem Nachfassen von Forderungen und bearbeiten Rechnungsreklamationen (Annahme, Systempflege, Lösungsfindung).
• Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören zudem die Reisekostenbearbeitung der technischen Mitarbeitenden, die Anlage und Pflege von Prüfobjekten sowie bedarfsweises Erstellen von Berichten nach Vorlage.
• Weitere anfallende administrative Aufgaben runden Ihr Tätigkeitsprofil ab (z. B. digitale Ablage der Dokumente, Bedienung und Pflege von Kundenportalen).

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert im Bereich Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder Bankkaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der kaufmännischen Auftragsbearbeitung (Rechnungsstellung, Auftragscontrolling, Reklamationen, Zahlenaffinität) gepaart mit Interesse und gutem Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
• Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung verbunden mit sorgfältiger, eigenständiger und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute PC‑Kenntnisse (MS Office wünschenswert), Erfahrungen in der Nutzung von SAP auf Basis einer modernen S/4 HANA Umgebung von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
