Engineering Manager (mobile)

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (mobile) to lead a cross‑functional Mobile & Full‑Stack team, building innovative mobile solutions that deliver real customer value.

Mission

Build, lead, and coach a high‑performing team of Backend, Frontend, Android, and iOS engineers; define and implement technical strategies that enable scalable, maintainable mobile products; ensure predictable delivery, high quality, and stable processes; collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive results.

Profile

• Proven experience managing Mobile or Full‑Stack engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of Android and iOS development ecosystems
• Agile mindset, excellent communication skills, and a coaching approach
• Passion for building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
