Mobile Product Designer (UI/UX) – Social App (Gen-Z Focus)

We’re looking for a Mobile Product Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and delightful experiences for Gen-Z users. You’ll be designing for a fast-moving social app startup and will play a critical role in shaping the product from early-stage ideas through to polished features.

What You’ll Do:

• Design user-centered mobile experiences from concept to execution.
• Own and evolve the design system in Figma.
• Conduct UX analysis to identify friction points and improve usability and flow.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to iterate quickly on features.
• Write clear, concise microcopy aligned with a Gen-Z tone and voice.
• Engage in open feedback sessions and continuously learn and grow within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience designing mobile applications (UI/UX).
• A strong portfolio, ideally with work on or inspired by Gen-Z social apps like Yubo, Wizz, Bump, BeReal, Gas, Sendit, Wink, etc.
• Fluent in Figma – you can build and maintain design systems.
• A problem-solver mindset – you think beyond visuals and design to solve real user needs and influence behavior.
• Strong UX skills – ability to map, analyze, and improve user flows.
• Comfortable in an English-speaking environment – you communicate clearly, both in conversation and in writing (including microcopy).
