Mobility Marketplace Operations & Pricing Manager DACH

About the job:

The DACH Mobility team drives Uber’s growth, profitability, and innovation across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As part of this team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in operations, product, and strategy to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketplace performance, and shape the future of mobility across the region.

• Monitor marketplace performance in the DACH region and translate insights into strategic actions to accelerate growth and efficiency
• Design and optimize dispatch and pricing systems to strike the right balance between reliability, efficiency, and business growth
• Collaborate with product and data science teams, testing and implementing innovative technologies
• Identify and resolve marketplace inefficiencies through data-driven interventions, ensuring seamless operations
• Present your analyses and recommendations directly to senior leadership, shaping key strategic decisions.
• Drive high-impact projects from analysis through execution, taking full ownership

About you:

• Fluent in both German (C1) and English
• 4+ years’ experience in consulting, strategy, data analytics, or operations within a fast-paced setting
• Advanced analytical skills, with a proven track record of converting data into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated high ownership and ability to independently manage complex projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bonus: Experience with SQL, Python, or statistical tools, and knowledge of mobility, logistics, or marketplace dynamics
