Your role

As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, optimising, and migrating Microsoft 365 services within the company. You will work on migration projects toward M365—including Intune, Exchange, and tenant management—while ensuring a smooth and secure integration of M365 tools for users. You will play a key role in the company’s digital transformation by implementing modern collaborative solutions.

Your responsibilities

• M365 Migration Project Management: Plan and execute the completion of migration projects from Exchange On-Premise to Exchange Online, manage M365 tenants, and deploy Intune for endpoint management and device compliance.
• Implementation and Configuration of Microsoft Intune: Handle the deployment, configuration, and management of security and compliance policies for mobile devices and workstations via Intune.
• Exchange Online Migration & Administration: Conduct Exchange migrations, configure and administer Exchange Online services, and ensure continuity of messaging and collaboration services.
• Management of Copilot and Related AI Agents: Lead the integration, configuration, and optimisation of AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and automated agents to enhance productivity, collaboration, and user experience within the M365 environment. Monitor AI developments and support users in adopting these new tools.
• Microsoft 365 Tenant Management: Administer and manage multi-tenant environments, ensuring their security, compliance, and performance.
• Security & Compliance Support: Work with security teams to implement policies aligned with best practices (MFA, DLP, etc.), and ensure compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
• Level 3 Technical Support: Provide high-level support for issues related to M365 services, including Intune, Exchange, and other M365 components.
• User Training & Adoption: Train internal teams on M365 tools and ensure a smooth adoption of newly deployed technologies.

Your profile

• Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing and migrating M365 services (minimum 3–5 years).
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Intune) are highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong priority management skills.

Technical Skills

• Strong command of Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• Solid experience managing transformation projects toward Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Teams, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of M365 services, including Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
• Good understanding of security and compliance requirements in a cloud environment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents related to M365 services.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
