The Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with cross-functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. This role focuses on operations as it relates to revenue enablement for the TikTok DACH business. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes.

• Conceptualize and implement regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact
• Create dashboards and insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales-related metrics, behaviors and recommend best practices and guidelines
• Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendations
• Partner closely with DACH senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POV
• Create and manage policies related to sales bonuses, sales competitions, client assignment and conflict management
• Build expert status on TikTok sales tools to provide guidance on how to remove blockers and conduct sales training on ideal system usage
• Enable commercial deals with the right partners and establish deal terms and track utilization. Manage pricing strategies, discounts and added value policies for clients

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-4 years experience in top tier consulting or a high growth company with experience in digital business models, media, digital advertising
• Bachelor degree is a minimum, masters degree is a plus
• Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision including strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment
• Comfort with ambiguity as well as a fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries
• High oral and written fluency in German and English is required to communicate directly with the German region, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to drive stakeholders to decisions and to defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions
• Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder-pragmatic and impactful solutions
