Responsibilities

• Untersucht zugewiesene First-Line-Vorfälle und identifiziert die Ursache von Vorfällen und Problemen
• Erfüllt genehmigte Requests gemäß den vereinbarten Verfahren
• Führt genehmigte Wartungsaktivitäten einschließlich Patching und Konfigurationsänderungen durch
• Befolgt die erforderlichen Übergabeverfahren für Schichtwechsel, um die Servicekontinuität sicherzustellen
• Meldet und eskaliert Vorfälle, wenn nötig
• Stellt die effiziente und umfassende Lösung von Vorfällen und Anfragen sicher
• Identifiziert proaktiv Möglichkeiten zur Arbeitsoptimierung
• Aktualisiert bestehende Wissensartikel oder erstellt neue
• Kann auch bei Bedarf zu Projektarbeiten beitragen oder diese unterstützen

Qualifications

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Kenntnisse in strukturierter Verkabelung, Netzwerktechnik (Cisco, Aruba), Konfiguration, Installation, R, Patching
• Allgemeine Kenntnisse der MS Office-Produkte (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fähigkeit, über verschiedene Kulturen und soziale Gruppen hinweg zu kommunizieren und zu arbeiten
• Fähigkeit, Aktivitäten und Projekte im Voraus gut zu planen und mögliche sich ändernde Umstände zu berücksichtigen
• Fähigkeit, eine positive Einstellung bei der Arbeit zu bewahren

Experience

• Erste Erfahrungen mit der Fehlerbehebung und Bereitstellung des erforderlichen Vor-Ort-Supports in Netzwerk-/Rechenzentrums-/System- und Überwachungsdiensten innerhalb einer mittelgroßen bis großen ICT-Organisation
• Grundkenntnisse der Produkte im unterstützten technischen Bereich (z. B. Netzwerk, Rechenzentrum, Wireless)
