Consultation, provision, and final testing of recommended security, update, and general settings in the R&S environment for Microsoft Office Apps, as well as the documentation of the change for administrators, 1st-lebel support and end users in the form of FAQ pages and manuals.
Acceptance and processing of tickets assigned to technical service. Coordination with other interfaces (e.g. Outlook/Teams or Add-ins) that arise during the completion of tasks should be carried out where necessary.
Support provisioning of MS office templates via SharePoint asset libraries and consult internal customers (incl. usage of building blocks, quick parts, …)
Understand new internal customer requirements and consult on how to implement those requirements
Guide younger colleagues and share knowledge with them
Rollout of new versions / features for different user-scenarios using different update channels; organize rollout waves with internal colleagues
Inform end users and align with internal service desk, local onsite IT-colleagues, and business counterparts
Manage hyper care phase with fast troubleshooting
