Position Overview

Morgan Latif has been exclusively retained by a multinational manufacturing client for a confidential search for an operations director with multisite responsibility. This critical leadership role reports directly to the COO.

Responsibilities

• Lead two manufacturing sites
• Manage 300 employees across both locations
• Lead approximately 10 departmental managers (Quality, Logistics, Production, etc.)
• Own full P&L for the two sites

Key Focus Areas:

• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
• Manage KPIs: delivery performance, quality, budget adherence
• Oversee operations including assembly, CNC machining, milling, drilling, and painting

Your profile

• Deep expertise in industrial goods manufacturing
• Strong leadership in large-scale or multi-site environments
• Proven success in lean and CI transformations
• Fluent in German; capable of engaging with shop floor and executive leadership
• Commercially savvy and strategic
• Collaborative, people-focused leadership style
