Multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist – German & Greek

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Otis by identifying and attracting top talent across Germany, Greece and Cyprus. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with departments to define role requirements and build tailored sourcing strategies
  • Identifying and engaging candidates through innovative channels: job boards, social media, university networks, and direct sourcing
  • Conducting phone and video interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and guiding them through the selection process
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development

Key qualifications and skills:

  • Language proficiency: Fluent in German, Greek and English.
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized
  • A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people
