We are looking for a Senior Expert to be based in our Munich Unterföhring offices on a one‑year contract. The role will drive and implement our Multinational Transformation agenda, enabling growth of the Multinational business in Allianz Commercial. Internal applicants from Allianz Commercial or other Allianz entities are welcome, including secondment possibilities.

The impact you will have

As part of a small global team of Multinational Strategy & Transformation Experts, you will ensure that the Multinational Transformation agenda is developed, enhanced, and implemented at global and local levels during the contract period. The agenda spans strategic and cultural change management, technology transformation, and organizational design, touching various business domains and functions across the value chain.

Responsibilities

• Design forward‑looking, scalable, and innovative Multinational solutions and initiatives in the context of digital transformation, strategic realignments, people and processes.
• Create project deliverables, including As‑Is assessments, recommended approaches, project strategy, capacity requirements, and cost estimates.
• Continuously enhance specialized content and tools for successful tracking and implementation of the Transformation agenda.
• Drive initiatives, project workstreams, and contribute to project tasks related to:
  • Multinational Strategic Service Model
  • Development of the Multinational portfolio across MidCorp & LargeCorp clients
  • Multinational growth initiatives
  • Change management—including regional and cross‑functional engagement

Qualifications

You must be available for a one‑year contract in Munich, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of 2026.

We look for experience in Corporate & Specialty Insurance, ideally with a hands‑on understanding of Multinational Insurance Programs, and a consulting background that allows you to break down complex projects and drive continuous improvement for International Insurance Programs (IIP) at Allianz Commercial.

• Project and Program Management methods and techniques, and process development.
• Experience in change management, quality management, integration, and re‑organisation.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience.
• Communication and facilitation skills, persuasion capability, and conflict handling.
• Ability to handle major international projects and senior stakeholder management.
• Autonomy and ownership.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills—especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, automation, and AI tools, with awareness of ethical AI usage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience applying AI and ML to improve business processes and decision‑making (highly beneficial).
