M/W/D – Toys Key Account Manager – Germany

Part of the Sales department, you will directly report to the Sales Director who is based in Lyon HQ. As you will represent Bandai Toys business in Germany and Austria, you will be based in Frankfurt and be in contact with several teams based in Lyon, on a daily basis (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Administration, Marketing).

Given this specific structure, ability to work independently and good communication skills will be necessary.

You will be responsible for managing retailers, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales and trade marketing opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):

• Implement and execute the Commercial and sales strategy established by the Lyon Headquarter
• Day to day management of centralized clients and retailers at national or regional level for all the products of our portfolio
• Negotiate annual listings, retail catalogues visibility, shelve space for Spring and Fall Seasons as well as Christmas season & negotiate and coordinate Promotional Activities
• Manage the back-office work: listing sheets, price list, follow up the demands of the customers
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze the toy market and follow up of the actual toy lines on the market
• Plan and monitor store-check activities
