Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate around 15 - 28 virtual and physical workshops involving 300+ senior executives, tutors, and guest speakers for a modular Key Talent leadership development programme for PwC Senior Managers and Directors.
2. Ensure smooth logistical actions for each workshop, including intense preparation and coordination of all ad-hoc issues.
3. Create high-quality communication and training materials related to the programme.
4. Collaborate with My Way programme Lead, coaches, administration centre, and guest speakers for all workshops.
5. Support the adoption of new technologies and improve current operations.
6. Evaluate and collect data for My Way and report findings.
7. Create visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
8. Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and propose innovative solutions.

Minimum Requirements

Background: Computer sciences, Business administration

Education: Bachelor (Required)
