Meaningful Work From Day One

As National Jack Daniel’s Brand Ambassador, you are the face, voice and cultural connector for Jack Daniel’s in Germany. You’ll own how the brand shows up in the on-trade, in culture and in consumer-facing moments ensuring Jack Daniel’s is poured, talked about and recommended with confidence and pride.

Your role is rooted in advocacy: building meaningful relationships with modern hospitality professionals, supporting them on their terms, and creating long-term influence that travels from the bar to the guest. Through this work, you’ll help reinforce Jack Daniel’s position as a must-pour whiskey that bartenders choose to work with and happily recommend.

This is a national role with focus. You’ll work across Germany, prioritising key cities, influential venues and cultural touchpoints where relevance is created and shared.

Owning Jack’s in Germany

• Act as the primary brand ambassador and guardian for Jack Daniel’s nationwide
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bartenders, operators and cultural connectors
• Ensure the brand shows up consistently, credibly and with contemporary relevance

On-Trade Advocacy & Education

• Deliver impactful trainings that build confidence, pride and capability behind the bar
• Support bartenders with the tools and stories to represent Jack Daniel’s authentically
• Represent the brand as a trusted, modern and culturally fluent partner to the trade

Events & Experiences

• Execute brand-led events and moments that reflect Jack’s DNA - bold, human and unforced
• Work across formats: from intimate bartender moments to high-energy cultural activations
• Ensure every experience is intentional, well-crafted and true to the brand

Consumer-Facing Presence

• Represent Jack Daniel’s in consumer-facing environments where a human brand presence matters
• Support brand moments at the intersection of bar culture, nightlife and community
• Help translate on-trade credibility into consumer relevance

Content & Social Visibility

• Actively contribute to Jack Daniel’s content and social ecosystem
• Capture real moments, real people and real energy, not staged brand theatre
• Work with internal and external teams to keep Jack visible, relevant and recognisable across channels

Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work as a peer within the advocacy team - aligned, dependable and proactive
• Champion cross-functional work with the Brand & Sales Team
• Execute brand plans and global Jack Daniel’s advocacy programmes with precision
• Bring energy, presence and professionalism - focused on delivery, not distraction

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5+ years experience in hospitality, premium spirits, advocacy or culture-led brand work
• Strong credibility with bartenders and a deep understanding of bar culture
• Confident executing defined strategies while bringing energy and personality to the role
• Comfortable being visible: hosting, training, presenting and representing the brand
• Social-media fluent and content-aware, with a feel for what resonates
• Self-driven, reliable and organized - able to manage a national role with focus
• Fluent in German, very good English
• Based in Germany, with flexibility to travel (minimum 60% of your time)
