Job Title: National Sales Manager – Germany (Ortho Vertical)

Reporting to: Global Sales Revenue Officer – (Ortho Vertical)

Role Objective:

The National Sales Manager – Germany (Ortho Vertical) will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and profitability of the orthopaedic business across Germany. This role will lead national sales operations, develop and execute country-level sales strategies, manage key accounts and distributors, and build a high-performing sales organization aligned with regional and global objectives.

Germany, being a highly regulated and mature healthcare market, the role requires strong expertise in orthopaedic products, hospital selling, compliance-driven environments, and structured sales execution .

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 15 years of successful experience specifically within the Orthopaedic business vertical in Germany.
  • Proven ability in managing sales and business development tailored to the German market.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution for the German Orthopaedic market.
  • Experience in expanding distribution networks and managing distributors within the German context.
  • Strong alignment with company values, emphasizing diversity, equal opportunity, and positive organizational culture.

  • Experience leading and managing teams within the German market.

Distribution Network Expansion:

  • Identify regions within Germany for strategic expansion.
  • Negotiate and execute agreements for distribution and brand registrations.

Market Share Acquisition:

  • Implement brand focus strategies tailored for the German market.
  • Increase brand exposure through effective product management.

Market Information & Systems:

  • Establish Management Information System (MIS) channels within the German distribution network.
  • Ensure efficient flow of forecasts, sales, and stock reports.
