What You’ll Do
- Orchestrate the stakeholder network within the German home care ecosystem to drive growth in wound care, secure market leadership, and ensure customer-centric, integrated go-to-market execution.
- Lead the Home Care sales organization in Germany, ensuring strong commercial performance across Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Regional Key Account Managers (KAMs), and National KAMs for Pharma Wholesalers.
- Based in Germany.
- Ensure that the sales regions achieve their targets and gain further market share.
- Ensure that the Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PGH's), Parallel Importers (PI's) and Box Movers are meeting targets.
- Ensure efficient sales structure and team competencies reflecting current and future market dynamics in home care.
- Develop strong commercial leaders and foster high performance culture providing technical leadership and coaching to Regional Sales Managers.
- Lead the orchestration of the stakeholder network around prescribers (e.g., GPs, MFAs, care services, outpatient clinics, wholesalers).
- Ensure close collaboration between Home Care and Wholesale sales channels under the One Home Care approach.
- Own the national strategy and account development for key Pharma Wholesalers, in alignment with KAM.
- Align with marketing and medical functions to deliver value-added service packages and training concepts tailored to the home care channel.
- Support the integration of digital, hybrid and face-to-face touchpoints in customer journeys across all regions.
- Drive implementation of Commercial Excellence thinking and tools.
- Responsible for the continued transformation of the brick cell/prescriber market to an integrated coverage model.
What You’ll Need
- Academic qualification, e.g. in form of a business degree or comparable qualification.
- Several years of management experience in complex sales structures in the healthcare sector, ideally with responsibility for both direct sales and key account management in the homecare sector.
- Established network with home care customers.
- Product and market knowledge in the wound care sector.
- Inspiring people leader.
- Strategic thinker and commercial mindset, profit and goal oriented, proficient in forecast and budget management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English language skills.
