Negotiation Expert – Driving Strategic Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement new negotiation strategies for complex strategic negotiations alongside Category Managers, Global Category Heads, and Business Partners.
• Ensure appropriate negotiation techniques are applied to achieve the organization’s long‑term vision.
• Lead complex negotiation activities across sourcing areas and participate in critical contracts and high‑impact negotiations when required.
• Consult and train the ONE Sourcing organization to develop and apply required capabilities.
• Serve as a process owner for negotiation tools, continually improving their application.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics or equivalent; or bachelor’s with several years of relevant professional experience.
• Several years of negotiation and consulting experience with certifications from established negotiation institutes (please indicate in CV).
• Solid knowledge of various negotiation techniques (e.g., game theory, parallel negotiations).
• Result-oriented mindset with strong moderation, persuasion, and stakeholder support skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German, with a good understanding of Anglo‑Saxon and German law and legal terminology.
