Youwilldelivercoreaccountingandfinanceprocesses,willsupportcontinuousimprovementforfinanceandtheFinancialSystemandwillplayanimportantroleinthecompany'scontinuedsuccess.

YouwillbeinvolvedintheimplementationofthenewERPsolution,workingtogetherwiththeexternalERPpartnercompanyandgetinvolvedinfinanceprojectstosetupandimproveaccountingandfinanceoperations.

Your role

• Setup,maintainanddeliverAccountingprocessesinlinewithGermanandinternationalfinanceregulations(HGB,GermanGAAP,IFRS)
• Day-to-dayAccountingaccordingtoHGBorIFRSdependingonentitytoensurefinancecompliance,overseeingAccountingLedgers(GL,AP,AR),deliveringmonthendandpreparingfinancialstatements/managementreports
• Accountingprocesses;collaboratewithkeystakeholdersbothinternallyandexternallytoimplementandimprovereliableandscalablefinanceprocesses
• SupporttheimplementationofNetsuite,thenewCloudERPsystemfromafinanceandaccountingperspective(youwillworkwiththeSIPartnercompanytogatherrequirementsanddeliverthesystemaccordingtobusinessrequirements)
• SupportReporting,Controlling,ManagementAccountingandotherfinanceprocessareas

• AccountantorFinancialAccountingManagerwithexperienceworkinginafast-pacedenvironment
• Knowledgeofkeyfinanceprocessesandaccountingregulationse.g.HGB,IFRS,GermanGAAP
• Financeprocessimprovementandtransformationexperience
• StrongcommunicationskillsinGermanandEnglish
• FinancialSystemsimplementationexperience,OracleNetsuite,MSDynamics,Workday,Sageorsimilareg:MicrosoftDynamicsERP,OracleCloudERP,InforM3,Unit4etc
