Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, OR Associate’s degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience.
• Experience: Four (4) years of experience maintaining and developing TCP/IP networks (on Ethernet, ATM/SONET and/or wide area transports); Three (3) years must be in direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Juniper Networks Certified Internet Specialist (JNCIS).
• Clearance: Current U.S. SECRET clearance required (T3 Investigation). (Limited/Privileged Access).

Responsibilities

The Network Administrator will provide L2/L3 administration: port security, VLANs, DHCP/print services, OU account management, and VTC/GVS support; maintain IAVA compliance.

Overview

We are seeking a Network Administrator to provide day‑to‑day technical administration, troubleshooting, and operational support for the U.S. Army Network and Cyber Operations enterprise network environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and optimized connectivity across NIPRNET, SIPRNET, MPE, and other mission systems. This role supports configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network infrastructure while upholding Army cybersecurity and compliance standards.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Locations: On‑Site, Wiesbaden, Germany; Type of environment: Office; Noise level: Medium; Work schedule: Day shift Monday – Friday, may be requested to work evenings and weekends; Amount of Travel: Less than 10%.
