Role: Enterprise Network & Security Architect

Location: Hamburg

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Network & Security Architect. The candidate will be responsible for designs, implementations, and maintenance of complex Data Center and Remote site LAN integration, carve outs resulting out of mergers and demergers, ensuring they meet an organization's current and future needs for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

Work in collaboration with other Architects and solution lead of other workstreams to understand their requirements and build required solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gain a good understanding of the current landscape and future roadmap in a short span of time.
2. Gain a good understanding of the current inflight merger and integration, carve out related projects.
3. Take handover from existing Network & Security Architects for in flight projects to continue developing and supporting the proposed solutions and roadmaps.
4. Create network blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
5. Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, including capacity needs assessment.
6. Develop technology roadmaps and implement upgrades to hardware and software.
7. Research and recommend new technologies, solutions & strategies based on customer requirements or problem statements.
8. Lead discussions with clients for requirement gathering, driving solutions, troubleshooting build or production issues.
9. Attend regular workshops and head the technology and architecture role for the network & security work stream.
10. Create integration and technology roadmap for the network & security workstream (LAN, WAN, Security).
11. Collaborate with leads, architects & partners of other workstreams involved with the integration program.
12. Build solutions, designs, HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans and present to the DAB for approval.
13. Drive the project team to convert customer approved solution to billable projects by creating and submitting SoW and commercials for customer sign offs.
14. Handover to the project delivery team for project execution post commercial sign off a solution.
15. Support and drive the project team to implement the project in a timely manner.
