Network Development Head

Responsibilities

  • Channel Rules and Policy Design : Lead the formulation of overseas network planning (such as store location selection, store type planning, store construction, network planning, etc.), develop and introduce overseas customers, and establish an agency system.
  • Customer Admission and Channel System Construction : Establish global automotive international customer admission standards, build a hierarchical customer evaluation system, lead the screening and certification process of high-quality overseas dealers and agents, ensuring customer qualifications align with the company's strategy and risk management requirements.
  • Develop Standards for Network Layout : Develop standards for selecting merchants and stores, store-level standards, and channel development regulations for merchants (such as exhibition construction, market coverage, and constraints on the number of merchants and stores). Ensure that the network layout results and quality are consistent with the plan.
  • Internal Process Management : Coordinate with departments such as demand parties, internal control, legal, and credit control to develop channel development processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Channel Lifecycle Management : Oversee the daily management of overseas channel partners, regularly assess channel performance, drive the rectification or elimination of underperforming channels. Lead channel training and empowerment systems, assist partners in improving sales and service capabilities, and strengthen brand penetration in overseas markets.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Strategic Implementation : Collaborate with departments like product, supply chain, legal, and finance to ensure channel policies align with the company’s overall strategy. Track industry trends and competitor channel strategies, provide decision-making recommendations for channel optimization and market expansion to the management team, and assist in scaling the company’s overseas business.

Job Requirements

  • Experience and Qualifications : Over 5 years of experience in European network expansion or overseas channel management, with at least 3 years of team management experience. Familiar with the channel ecosystems in major automotive markets like Europe and the U.S., and has successfully built global channel systems.
  • Core Competencies : Strong market insight and strategic planning abilities, expertise in channel rule design, business negotiation, and risk management. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and proficient in using English as a working language (fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Professional Knowledge : Familiar with international trade regulations (such as WTO rules, customs policies), international settlement (e.g., letters of credit, TT), and cross-border logistics processes. Possess data-driven thinking and the ability to optimize management strategies through channel performance data. Capable of leading complex channel projects and ensuring their successful implementation.
