Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for network infrastructure across Layer 2 and Layer 3
• Troubleshoot and resolve IP networking issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades
• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and technologies
• Maintain documentation related to network configurations and procedures
• Assist with escalations related to broadband technologies (e.g., VDSL, FTTH) if applicable

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with IP networking
• In-depth knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network protocols

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in VDSL and FTTH (Fiber to the Home), particularly from a network operator perspective
• Familiarity with Nokia DSLAM/ISAM or BNG (Broadband Network Gateway)

Salary:

• €60,000 – €70,000
