• Provide expert support across Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) systems.

• Deliver support for VoIP platforms and systems, ensuring seamless communication for clients.

Skills/Must have:

• Solid understanding of network support principles, specifically WAN or LAN.
