Role Description

This is a new full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager/Assistant Manager located in Munich, Düsseldorf, or Frankfurt, focused on new business development. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organized individual with strong execution and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The New Business Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • New business development
  • Account management
  • Sales and lead generation
  • Attending and exhibiting at trade shows across Europe

Qualifications

  • Experience in new business development and lead generation
  • Skills in account management and sales management
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with overseas offices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Native proficiency in German and excellent command of English
  • Previous experience in the beauty or hair industry is a plus
