We’re looking for a dedicated New Store Opening Manager to manage and execute our pop‑up and store openings, bringing Yepoda’s K‑Beauty experience to life for customers. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about retail operations, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our retail presence.

Your Tasks

• Oversee the opening and smooth running of pop‑up stores and new retail locations, ensuring stock levels, tech setup, and staff training are all in place
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to guarantee seamless store execution
• Deliver a premium customer experience by ensuring exceptional in‑store service and product knowledge
• Manage store setup and visual merchandising in line with Yepoda’s brand standards
• Plan and execute retail‑specific marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales
• Collaborate with store managers and teams to ensure operational efficiency and premium customer experiences

Your Profile

• Experience in retail management, ideally in beauty or luxury retail
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable in‑store experiences
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
