IMPORTANT: The contract will be signed for 6 months + 6 months with the possibility of extension. One needs to be a bachelor graduate not more than 2 months before the application deadline; or needs to remain either Bachelor's or Master's student status throughout the internship period. Bachelor and Master's graduates more than 2 months are not allowed to apply!

Support the Global Controlling FHS, Procurement and Legal Department in terms of processing big volumes of data in Excel and developing BSC (Balanced Scorecard) metrics for Procurement.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

Support Project work in Finance Reporting, Forecasting and Planning area.
Improve Data Models in Excel, automation of reporting financial and non-financial KPIs
Analysing Data in Excel, presenting output in PowerPoint and PowerBI
Further Develop Performance Management Instruments (e.g. Balanced Scorecard)
Improve and standardize calculation and handling of Service Level Agreements

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship)
